Thank you for your support as an exhibitor of the Spokane Regional ESL Conference. Below is information that will help you get the most out of your experience.

Conference registration, the welcome, the keynote, exhibitor tables, lunch, presentation of grants and the Publishers' Raffle will be in the Commons at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute. ALL the sessions will be in the main classroom building (7 rooms) or in the Library (5 rooms) or in Commons (1 room). We are expecting 375+ attendees.
Your purchase of your table(s) includes registration (and lunch) for one person per table. If you have additional reps (beyond the one per table), he or she would need to register via our Individual registration page.
The tables for the exhibitors at the Commons are 8 feet x 2.5 feet. Each table will have a white table cloth with a skirt to the floor.
Attendee traffic in Commons where the exhibitor tables are located is highest from about 8 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (although there is a keynote address during that time). Also, at around 11:30 attendees start to return to Commons for chatting and lunch which ends at 1 p.m. Then again in the afternoon starting at around 3:45 to 4:45 many people will return to Commons to celebrate 30 Years of Inspiring Teachers! There will be a festival of culture to honor Spokane's ethnic diversity and recent immigrants. Enjoy live music and performances as well as hors-d'oeuvres and special beverages. Don't miss it!
It’s best to be set up in Commons before the 8:00 a.m. start. If you would like to set up your exhibitor materials in Commons on Friday late afternoon or evening, please contact Ron Belisle, the Conference Chair, at email@example.com or at 509-499-2106.
There is free public wireless via the "mfwi" network (password is FortWright).
If you have boxes to ship prior to conference day, please address your boxes to the following address:

If you have shipped materials to Mukogawa and they arrive by Friday the day before the conference, they will be in a side room in Commons the morning of the conference.
Please arrange yourself for return shipping for your materials. The conference committee cannot be responsible for that.
There is plenty of free parking near Commons. There is also a wall outlet near your table. We do not provide extension cords. Please bring your own extension cord if you need one.
Please stop by the pre-registration table in the Commons to pick up your conference name badge and program book.
Sometime during the day, one of our Conference Committee members, will stop by your table to collect any books or materials you may donate to the Publishers’ Raffle which will take place during the afternoon the 30th anniversary celebration. Thank you for your contribution toward this. This year we will move the announcement of our grant winners to lunch time. If your company wishes to sponsor one of our grants, please let us know.
