Summary: The presenter will first give a short overview of the historical changes in computer learning management followed by a review of the basics of Google Classroom highlighting its benefits and limitations for students and teachers.
Biography: Ron Belisle earned both his BA in History and MA in TESOL from Washington State University. He has been on the faculty at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute in Spokane since its inception in 1990. He served as the 2011 and 2013 WAESOL President, chaired the 2011 Tri-TESOL Conference as well as six WAESOL Conferences and eleven Spokane Regional ESL Conferences. He is also Vice President of Membership and Education for the Spokane-Nishinomiya Sister City Society and has served on that Board for more than 15 years. Ron is a frequent presenter at state, regional and TESOL conferences on practical solutions related to technology in education and administration.
