Thank you for your support as an exhibitor/vendor of the Spokane Regional ESL Conference. We are very excited about this year's conference, our 31st annual. For more information about the history and profile of the conference, please check out our About page.
Below is information that will help you get the most out of your experience at the conference.
Check out the conference schedule HERE. Conference registration, the welcome, the keynote, exhibitor/vendor tables, lunch, presentation of grants and the Publishers' Raffle will be in the Commons at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute. ALL the workshops and presentations will be in the main classroom building (5 rooms) or in the Library (3 rooms) or in Commons (1 room). We are expecting 280 attendees. See campus map HERE. Your registration includes not only your exhibitor/vendor table, but also light breakfast snacks, drinks and full lunch with vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as afternoon snacks during the Networking with Colleagues time in Commons. If you have additional reps (beyond the one per table), he or she would need to register via our Individual registration page.
The tables for the exhibitors/vendors at the Commons are 8 feet x 2.5 feet. Each table will have a white table cloth with a skirt to the floor.
Attendee traffic in Commons where the exhibitor tables are located is highest from about 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (although there is a 40 minute keynote address during that time). Also, at around 11:30 a.m. attendees start to return to Commons for mingling and lunch which ends at 1 p.m. Then again in the afternoon starting at around 3:45 to 4:45 many people will return to Commons to for the Networking with Colleagues hour! During this time there will be special snacks (Costco veggie and fruit trays as well as cookies), the Publishers' Raffle and announcements of the recipients of our conference grants.
It’s best to be set up in Commons before the 8:00 a.m. start. Some committee members will be there as early as 7 a.m. on Saturday morning. Or you can set up your exhibitor/vendor materials in Commons Friday late afternoon from about 4 p.m. or later. Several of the committee members will be in Commons at that time for a few hours.. You can come as late as 9:30-10:00 pm to set up, however, there may be no committee members in the main room. This map shows the location of your own table(s). There is free public wireless via the "mfwi" network (password is FortWright).

If you have shipped materials to Mukogawa and they arrive by Friday the day before the conference, they will be in a side room in Commons the morning of the conference for easy access.
Please arrange yourself for return shipping for your materials. The conference committee cannot be responsible for that.
There is plenty of free parking near Commons. There is also a wall outlet near your table. We do not provide extension cords. Please bring your own extension cord if you need one.
Please stop by the pre-registration table in the Commons to pick up your conference name badge and program book.
Sometime during the day, one of our Conference Committee members, will stop by your table to collect any books or materials you may donate to the Publishers’ Raffle which will take place during the afternoon the 30th anniversary celebration. Thank you for your contribution toward this. This year we will move the announcement of our grant winners to lunch time. If your company wishes to sponsor one of our grants, please let us know.
